The Fund is an actively-managed global long-only equity fund. Its investment objective is to outperform the MSCI World Index and to achieve long-term capital growth. The Investment Manager applies a bottom-up, value-based, research-driven investment process.

The Fund invests in global listed securities and is exposed to, among other risks, market risk, currency risk, liquidity risk, political and macroeconomic risk, foreign exchange risk, tax risk, settlement risk, custodial risk, and operational risk. Performance Information
Performance information is shown on a net asset value (NAV) to NAV basis with income reinvested. Returns are calculated using independently verified prices for the relevant periods and reflect performance for a fully invested investor over the period shown.
Performance figures are shown after ongoing fees and, where applicable, initial charges. Individual investor returns may differ depending on timing of investment, fees paid, reinvestment dates, and applicable withholding taxes.
The Fund is an accumulation fund and does not distribute income.
Lowest return over any rolling 12-month period: (19.7%).
Fees and Charges
Total charges associated with the Fund are set out below (based on the period 01/09/25 to 31/08/26):

The TER includes costs incurred in operating the Fund. Transaction costs arise from the purchase and sale of underlying investments. These figures are not guaranteed and may vary over time.

Benchmark and Investment Approach
The Fund’s benchmark is the MSCI World Index.
The Fund is actively managed using a bottom-up, value-oriented investment process. Active Share measures the degree of deviation of the portfolio from its benchmark and ranges from 0 (identical to benchmark) to 100 (completely different).

Jurisdictional Restrictions
Switzerland
The Fund has not been approved by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) for distribution to non-qualified investors pursuant to Article 120 of the Swiss Collective Investment Schemes Act (CISA). Accordingly, the Fund may only be offered or distributed in Switzerland to qualified investors within the meaning of CISA.
The Fund has appointed a Swiss representative and paying agent:

Fund documents, including the prospectus, KIIDs, constitutional documents and reports, are available free of charge from the Swiss representative.
For Shares offered in Switzerland, the place of performance is the registered office of the Swiss representative and the place of jurisdiction shall be the same or the investor’s domicile.
South Africa
The Fund is approved for marketing and distribution in South Africa in terms of section 65 of the Collective Investment Schemes Control Act (2002).
Collective Investment Schemes involve risk and are generally medium to long-term investments. The value of investments may go down as well as up and past performance is not indicative of future returns. No guarantee is given with respect to capital or returns.
Where the Fund invests in foreign securities, additional risks may apply including liquidity risk, repatriation risk, political and macroeconomic risk, currency risk, tax risk, settlement risk and limitations on market information.
Collective Investment Schemes may trade at ruling prices and may borrow. The Fund does not charge performance fees. Pricing is calculated on a net asset value basis using forward pricing principles and in accordance with applicable regulations.
